Lincoln String Camp is a summer music program offering students the unique opportunity of spending 5 days immersed in classical music education and performance with professional musicians and teachers. The String Camp – open to students of all ages and skill levels – includes private lessons, daily chamber music or orchestra rehearsals, daily music education courses, solo performance and faculty recitals. Lincoln String Camp will be held at Heritage Presbyterian Church which is centrally located at 880 South 35^th Street (35^th & F Street) in Lincoln, Nebraska.

We offer:

Classes for first time beginners of all ages
Orchestral / Chamber Music playing of classical music, hymns, and more.
Music and rhythm games for younger classes
Group lessons in all classes
Hymn focus and singing
Student or Faculty Mini-Recitals daily
Final Concert (Friday, 11:15 a.m.)

Lincoln String Camp will be held June 18 – 22nd, 8:00 – 11:45 a.m.

Group lessons are on Monday nights and held at Union College, Engel Hall, 48th & Bancroft (southeast corner), 2nd floor, choir room.

Classic Quartet members have been active professional musicians in the Lincoln and Omaha area and have performed with top groups in the area such as the Lincoln Symphony and Omaha Symphony, Nebraska Chamber Symphony Orchestra, and Mannheim Steamroller.
